Why I should be elected king. Not in a monarchical sense, but in a reverse feudalism sense. I believe it the only way to correct the run amok politicians of today. All elected officials must give an oath to the rites of chivalry, and must swear an oath of fealty to their constituents.


The politicians must also be personally responsible for their legislation, ( unintended consequences of their bill),. The only perks allowed them would be the same as any other government employee. If they introduce a bill written by a corporation, they should be held for a treasonous act. Public flogging should be brought back for just such offenses. If the politician in question is not serving their constituents, the body may snatch them up out of their chair in house or senate which ever the case may be and give them the boot. They must study the constitution and the bill of rights as well as the federalists letters from which the Constitution came. I'll bet less than half of them could quote the preamble .
We are heading towards a socialist society. It must stop. All the laws written and past that run counter to the constitution must be nullified, and you would be surprised how many laws are in direct conflict with constitution. We the people must rise up and take back the government. Study, learn and vote smartly.
My kingship would last six years, that should be enough time to fix most things, I would get the boot.
